The City of Bryant Street, Water, and Wastewater Departments are requesting bids for janitorial services located at 1017-1019 SW 2 nd Street, Bryant, Arkansas for the calendar year 2023.

Cleaning services will be required once a week on Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. for all locations.

Facilities located at the Street, Water, and Wastewater Departments consist of Four (4) buildings with a total of 16 offices, 7 bathrooms, 1 locker room and 4 large utility training/break rooms with a kitchen. All bids must be received by the City of Bryant located at 210 SW 3 rd Street, Bryant, AR 72022, Attn: Public Works C/O: Osha, no later than 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2023.
