Sealed bids from licensed contractors for the plumbing connections of low and moderate income residents to the Madison County Water Extension in Saint Paul, Arkansas, area will be received until Tuesday, February 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Mt. Olive Water Office, 10787 AR Hwy 16, Elkins, AR 72727.
The scope of work consists of:
57 hookups to residential homes for water service
