Marmaduke School District: HVAC MPROVEMENTS 2024
The Marmaduke School District will receive sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the “Marmaduke School District HVAC IMPROVEMENTS” in accordance with the contract documents and project manual. Work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of 33 Rooftop HVAC Units of various Make and Models damaged by hailstorms across various roof types that make up the Marmaduke School Facility. Many of the units are Split System Components while others are Packaged Units mounted on existing curbs. 27 units are roof penetrating through various roofing types including snap lock metal panel, PVC, and older Membrane type. The remaining 6 units are side walled through metal panel clad Gymnasium wall with the units mounted on steel frames. As an alternate, these 6 split system units will also be priced to be replaced with package units. There are an additional 7 units that will be included as an alternate to be priced for replacement.
Bids will be received at Marmaduke School District Administration Building, 1010 Greyhound Drive Marmaduke, AR 72443, Thursday February 22, 2024 until 2:00 pm, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
