Notice of Bid: Kinco Constructors, LLC is the construction manager for the new Cabot PreK South and PreK North school buildings. Subcontractors and suppliers interested in the project may obtain bid information and construction documents by calling the Kinco Little Rock office at 501-225-7606.
Construction packages include earthwork & storm drainage, asphalt paving, concrete, fencing, masonry, structural & miscellaneous steel fabrication, waterproofing & joint sealants, drywall & acoustical, doors & hardware, glass & glazing, millwork, flooring, painting, specialties, PEMB erection, food service, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
All bidders must comply with the State of Arkansas contractor licensing requirements, be prequalified with Kinco Constructors, meet mandatory insurance requirements, and be able to provide all necessary payment and performance bonds for the work.
Cabot PreK South is scheduled to bid on February 8, 2024. Cabot PreK North is scheduled to bid on February 15, 2024. Contact Kinco for complete details.
