Separate sealed bids for the construction of Cutter Morning Star Concessions Stand Improvements will be received by the Cutter Morning Star School District at the District Main Office, 2801 Spring Street, Hot Springs, AR 71901 until 10:00 AM Central Time on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 , and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of site preparation, installation of new utility services, including a new sewer grinder pump station, and sidewalk for a new pre-engineering concession stand to be installed at the Cutter Morning Star High School Football Field.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at the District Main Office, 2801 Spring Street, Hot Springs, AR 71901. Potential contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Bid and Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Business Relations Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certificate of Owner’s Attorney, Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations:
