Request for Proposals
The Northwest Arkansas Economic Development District, Inc. (NWAEDD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct strategic economic assessments in two communities in Northwest Arkansas. The vendor should possess experience in working with communities on similar projects.
The selected vendor will be tasked with facilitating community discussions that are thought provoking and engaging and that ultimately enables the community to better plan, prioritize its goals, and capitalize on its strengths. At the end of the planning process, the chosen vendor will summarize its work into a written strategic economic assessment plan that formalizes what community leaders and elected officials will utilize when planning for the city’s future and when making decisions that immediately impact the local economy.

All interested parties must submit their response to the RFP packet to Jeremy Ragland, NWAEDD, P.O. Box 190 Harrison, AR 72602 or electronically to jragland@nwaedd.org no later than Monday, October 2, 2023.
