PROPOSALS (RFP)
NLRSD RFP 2324 Category 2
The North Little Rock School District (District) invites your proposal for access points, switches, installation/configuration, management, and basic maintenance along with all related components. It is the intent of the North Little Rock School District to enter into a contractual agreement with one vendor for a turnkey solution for all services, products, and installation. This project is funded by the Federal Communications Commission E-Rate program and successful vendor must abide by its rules/regulations.
Vendor must describe proposed solution in detail.

A mandatory bidders conference will be held at 2400 Willow St, North Little Rock, AR 72114, on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. CST. Site surveys will follow immediately after. No proposals will be accepted from any company not attending both meetings.
Proposal deadline is 9:00 a.m. CST, Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at the NLRSD 2200 Poplar Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114, ATTN: Hunter Nannen.
Questions deadline is 9:00 a.m. CST, Wednesday, January 17, 2023. Questions must be submitted via email to nannenh@nlrsd.org . PLEASE INCLUDE NLRSD RFP 2324 Category 2 IN SUBJECT LINE OF ALL EMAILS.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses and waive any irregularities or formalities in proposals received. The District reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent acceptable company. Awards will be based on those considerations that are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements stated in the Request for Proposal.
