Circle M Construction Management, Inc. will accept sealed Subcontractor and Supplier bids for the "Jasper P.E. Gymnasium Renovation", on behalf of the Jasper School District, on Thursday January 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the School District located at: 600 School Street, Jasper, AR. 72641. The project consists of the renovation of an approximately 6,100 square foot existing P.E. Gym. The existing gym space shall be converted into Classrooms. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Thursday December 15, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but bidders are strongly encouraged to attend in order to become familiar with existing conditions.
Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for Newton County, Arkansas will apply to this project.
Bids will be accepted on the following bid packages:

P2 Light Gauge Metal Framing, Gyp Board and Ceilings
P3 Hollow Metal, Doors, Hardware & Misc. Specialties

P5 Floor Covering
P6 Millwork

P10 Fire Suppression
Bidders must contact the office of Circle M Construction Management, Inc. (479) 635-5301 to obtain bid documents. The Owner, Architect and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
