Notice to Licensed Engineers
On-Call Engineer Services
Arkansas State University Mid-South is soliciting responses from interested engineering firms to provide on-call engineering services as consultants or a full range of engineering services as needed for small projects.
Firms must be able to provide consulting services or a full range of services to include but not limited to: Program Review, Cost Estimating, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration, Inspection, and Project Closeout. Written responses will be considered if received by 5:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023.
Written responses shall include:
1. Current office size, personnel description, and workload.
2. Projects currently under contract with State Agencies and Higher Education Facilities.
3. Similar project experience with universities, including project experience with LEED certification.
4. Proof of current professional liability insurance. Engineers shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for Engineers.
5. All firms shall be licensed by the State of Arkansas
6. Out of State firms should joint venture, align or associate with an in-state licensed firm.
7. Provide three (3) bound copies of submittals.
