Washington Jr. High School - FACS & Robotics Labs Remodel
Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, for the FACS & Robotics Labs Remodel at Washington Jr. High School. Proposals will be due at 2:00 PM. Bidders may email their bids to leo.castillo@nabholz.com . Additionally, bidders can submit their proposal online via Building Connected. Bids will be privately opened. A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. Project Description: The new Art Space will incorporate interior partitions, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and all other components for a complete space conditioning.

To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid.
