for Engineering Services
Date: February 11th, 2024
City of Walnut Ridge has received a Delta Regional Authority grant to widen and strengthen approximately 1650 ft. of South Memorial Lane in the City of Walnut Ridge.
Walnut Ridge is interested in acquiring the services of an Architecture firm/Engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with state procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. All firm/individuals must have an active registration in SAM.GOV .
Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from East Arkansas Planning & Development District by emailing Sara Stocker at Sstocker@eapdd.com
All interested parties must submit two copies of their response to the Request for Qualifications package to the City of Walnut Ridge c/o Sharon Henson, P.O. Box 723 Walnut Ridge, Ar. 72476. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted no later than 4:00 pm, February 20th, 2024.
