Notice is hereby given that the City of North Little Rock’s Commerce Department will receive sealed bids until, Monday, October 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. on the following:
Asbestos Abatement at 120 Main Street
(Formerly City Services Building),
North Little Rock, Arkansas
The City will open the building on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. for voluntary inspections. Please use the door on the east end of the building (facing Simmons Arena) for entry.
Specifications and required bid forms may be secured from the City of North Little Rock, Department of Commerce and Government Affairs, 120 Main Street in North Little Rock or www.nlr.ar.gov . The right is reserved by the City of North Little Rock to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, or award items separately, or to waive informalities in bids received.
The City of North Little Rock encourages participation from MBE/DBE/WBE and SBA vendors.
