INVITATION TO BID
Desha County will receive sealed bids for equipment listed below. Bids may be mailed to the office of the Desha County Judge, P.O. Box 188, Arkansas City, AR 71630 until 10:00 a.m. August 18, 2023. At this time and place bids will be opened and read at the Desha County Courthouse in Arkansas City.
The following equipment will be used for the operation of the Desha County Road Department.
1 New 2023 Full 4 Door 4 Wheel Drive Pickup
Specifications are on file at the Desha County Judge’s Office and may be furnished upon request.
Bid envelopes shall be sealed and marked so as to clearly indicate the contents and shall be mailed or hand delivered. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Desha County reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
