Request for Qualifications ASUTR 24-001 Architect for Historic Ritz Theater Restoration Phase IV
Arkansas State University Three Rivers is requesting Qualifications to obtain responses and a contract for a qualified architectural firm to provide planning and construction management services for the completion of Phase IV of the renovation/restoration of the Historic Ritz Theater located at 213 S. Main St. Malvern, AR 72104. Phase IV restoration includes auditorium renovations, seating, audio/visual systems, house and stage lighting, ceilings, and acoustical treatment, with a total budget of $1,261,977.
