Electronic bids in the form of a Request for Proposal for the Midtown Multimodal Corridor in Fayetteville, AR will be accepted by Crossland Heavy Contractors in care of, the City of Fayetteville on the virtual bid platform CivCast until 2 pm on Thursday July 13th, 2023.
The Midtown Multimodal Corridor project will include Earthwork, base & paving, storm drainage, paved trail, sidewalks, curb & gutter, enhanced crosswalks, turn lanes, new traffic signals, street lighting, fencing and landscaping that will be completed in up to three separate phases.

Pre-Bid Conference: An optional pre-bid conference will be held virtually at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 28th for all parties. All bidders are encouraged to review the worksite and attend the Pre-Bid Conference held via Microsoft Teams Meeting, instructions to access the pre-bid meeting will be provided via CivCast for all planholders.
The City of Fayetteville hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
