The Black River Area Development Corp. (BRAD) Weatherization Assistance Program serving Baxter, Boone, Clay Fulton, Independence, Izard, Lawrence, Marion, Newton, Randolph, Searcy, Sharp, Stone, and Van Buren counties.
Is accepting sealed bids for Attic, Wall insulation and floor insulation contract services and materials for its 2023 program year beginning July 31, 2023. All interested bidders are required to pick up bidders packets at the BRAD Central Office, 1403 Hospital Drive, Pocahontas; AR. Bid packets will be made available. Sealed bids will be accepted at the BRAD Central Office through 10 a.m. August 8,2023. All sealed bids will need to be returned to BRAD’s Central Office to Mary Whitlow. Late bids will not be considered.
