2024 ANNUAL REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST AND STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Bentonville is accepting Annual Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from properly experienced, qualified firms whom provide professional services, as defined in §19-11-801 and herein, interested in being evaluated for providing these services for 2024 Projects on an as-needed basis.
Professional Services for this solicitation are defined as legal, architectural, engineering, construction management, and land surveying professional consultant services.
Submission to the 2024 Annual Request for Letters of Interest and Statement of Qualifications does not guarantee that a firm will be selected for Projects. A Selection Committee will evaluate firms identified as properly qualified for a Project in accordance with the criteria set forth in §19-11-803. In accordance with the City’s Purchasing Policy, a minimum of three firms, when possible, must be evaluated for a Project when using the Annual SOQ List.
The City of Bentonville encourages all qualified small, minority and women owned businesses to participate and submit for City Projects.
Submissions to RFQ-23-59 shall include the information and Required Response Documents as set forth in the required RFQ-23-59 Response Packet.
To be considered for upcoming 2024 Projects, submissions must be received prior to 4:00 PM CST on Thursday, December 7, 2023. Qualified and responsive Submissions received after this date will be accepted, but may not be taken into consideration for 2024 Projects based on the Project timelines.
Submitters must submit one (1) signed, digital copy of their Letter of Interest, Statement of Qualifications and Response Packet via email to purchasing@bentonvillear.com , or by mailing a digital storage device (USB Flash Drive or CD only). Submitters may choose to deliver a hard-copy of their submission, but must include a digital copy as well. Any hard-copies must be delivered to the address below in accordance with the deadline information in this Advertisement and the required Response Packet.
All Submissions must be clearly labeled (in the subject line or on the outer envelope) “RFQ-23-59-2024 Annual SOQ”.

Documents will be available for download within forty-eight hours from initial publication. Parties whom download these documents should alert the Purchasing Department to receive any Q&A or Addenda.

The deadline for the submission of questions is December 1, 2023 at 4:30 PM CST, after this time the City will only provide clarifications or responses pertaining to items in the Response Documents that do not result in a change or Addendum (see Response Documents for additional information).
