Janitorial Services – MAC Facility
All providers of this type of service are required to attend a one-time meeting to inspect the location. Bidders are to meet at Maryland Complex, Training Room, 1500 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, AR. The inspection will begin at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Bids will only be accepted from responsible providers who attended the tour of the above location.
Central Arkansas Water Board of Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
