The City of Alexander is applying for multiple state and federal grants for infrusture including but not limited to: water, wastewater, streets, drainage and other infrastructure projects.
The City of Alexander interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm(s) or individuals to provide services for the above-referenced project(s). *The city will select the top qualified firms to have on file for at least five years.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with state and federal procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
