Consulting and Lobbyist
Services, Arkansas Association of Regional Solid Waste Management Districts
The Arkansas Association of Regional Solid Waste Management Districts is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to provide Professional Consulting and Lobbyist Services to work collaboratively with the Association’s President and its members. The selected consultant will work with the Association to develop and advance key legislative priorities, gain support from policy makers on initiatives, monitor state appropriations cycles and grant deadlines.
Request For Proposals must be received by Monday, February 26,, 2024 by 2:00 P.M. All respondents will be notified of the award. A proposer must submit email copies of the Original Proposal in PDF format to leigh.pool@capdd.org . A proposal may also be delivered by mail or in person but an electronic submittal via email is required. The Proposal must be clearly marked “Consulting and Lobbyist Services Proposal” and addressed to:
