Rose Bud School District
Notice of invitation for bid (IFB)
Rose Bud School invites bidders to submit bids to furnish the following:
Meats, Staple Goods, Frozen products, Paper Products, Dish Chemicals. Bread, Milk, and Juice may be included on this bid. Contract will be for the 2023-2024 school year. The estimated dollar value of awarded contract is $100,000 to $125,000 annually of combined products. This will include delivery to one school location, twice each week. Pricing should cover the entire 2023-2024 school year (August1, 2023-June 28, 2024).
Bid Packets will be available starting June 7, 2023 and ending on June 21, 2023.
To request a bid packet email mcrews@rbsd.k12.ar.us before June 21, 2023. Current vendors will automatically receive a bid packet.
Bids will be received by the Child Nutrition Director of Rose Bud School District, at 124 School Rd. Rose Bud, AR 72137 up until 12:00 noon CST, July 17, 2022. Bids may also be emailed to the above email address. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be voted on by the Rose Bud Board of Education on July 24, 2023 at the regularly scheduled meeting.
