ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the Walker Tank 50,000 Gallon Standpipe Rehabilitation will be received by the Southwest Boone Co. Water Association, 801 S. Pine St., Suite 5, Harrison, Arkansas, 72601 until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 18th, 2022, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the following:
"Sandblast and Re-paint the interior and exterior, Touch up paint on second tank, construction of internal mixing system and miscellaneous items for the 50,000 gallon standpipe off of Walker Road in Boone County, Arkansas.
Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at the Southwest Boone County Water Association.
Copies may be obtained at the office of Engineering Services, Inc., 1207 South Old Missouri Road, P.O. Box 282, Springdale, Arkansas 72765, upon a non-refundable payment of fifty ($50.00) dollars for each set.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
