Sealed bids from licensed and bonded contractors for the relocation of water lines along proposed Route 69 in Selma, Arkansas, will be received by the Selma Water Association at the office of Harbor Environmental, Inc., 5800 Evergreen Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 18th, 2022, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work consisting of installing approximately 14,000 LF of water main and associated valves, fittings, encasement and service connections, and abandoning relocated water main at three sites east of Selma along proposed Route 69. You may download the digital plan documents for $15.00 by inputting Quest project #8302910 on the QuestCDN project search page. Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the Harbor online Plan Holders List; there, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the Harbor online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders list. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers on the Bid Form to verify receipt. There will be no refund for returned Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 60 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
