New Beginnings CASA Building Renovations
ACEDP Grant #790-09230-18
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Bradley County New Beginnings CASA Building Renovations in Warren, Arkansas, will be received by the Bradley County at the Bradley County Courthouse, located at 100 East Cedar Street, Warren, AR 71671 until 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 25, 2023 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of renovating an existing facility for use as a rehabilitation center, including, but not limited to, replacement of floor coverings, painting, HVAC upgrades, roof repair, and minor electrical upgrades. The Instruction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($50.00 cost per set obtained) at Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 515 Oak Street, Suite C, Conway, Arkansas 72032.
Awarded Contractor is required to be registered with SAM.gov and registration shall be currently active. Current registration is not required to bid, but will be required prior to contract award. Should the contractor being recommended for contract award not have current SAM.gov registration, proof of current registration shall be provided to the Owner within the 30-day period in which bids may not be withdrawn. Failure to provide proof will result in bid disqualification.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30-days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
The cost of this publication is $292.02 and payment is the responsibility of the Bradley County, AR. To request bidding information or obtain further information contact:
