RESTORATION OF CAVE SPRINGS COMMUNITY BUILDING

Bid Opening Date: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at City Of Cave Springs, City Hall located at 134 North Main Street, Cave Springs, Arkansas.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 17, 2023, at the project site
Bidding Documents may be examined at the office of Clements & Associates/Architecture, Inc., North Little Rock, Arkansas or Southern Reprographics, Little Rock, Arkansas
Prime Contractors will be furnished one (1) set of printed bid documents for bidding purposes by depositing a check in the amount of $150.00 deposit per set payable to Clements & Associates/Architecture, Inc. The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents are obtainable through Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72201 (501)372-4011. General Contractors and subcontractors requiring additional sets or electronic documents may purchase Bidding Documents through Southern Reprographics. Purchased plans and electronic documents will not be refunded. NO PARTIAL SETS WILL BE ISSUED.
Bid Security in the amount of 5% percent of the Base Proposal and references must accompany each proposal as described in the “Instructions to Bidders.” Neither the Owner nor Architect assumes responsibility for errors in bidding or misinterpretations of Bid Documents resulting from use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. The use of incomplete or inaccurate Bid Documents does not relieve the bidder of the obligation to perform all work related to their bid as detailed in a complete set of Bid Documents.

All bids must be received at the City of Cave Springs City Hall located at 134 North Main Street, Cave Springs, Arkansas, no later than 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at which time all bids will be opened and read in City Hall or elsewhere directed.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked.
