Annual Statements of Qualifications for Engineering and Legal Services
Community Water System Public Water Authority of the State of Arkansas is seeking Annual Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data for Engineering and Legal Services in accordance with state procurement laws and funding agency requirements. Statements shall specify applicable experience and licensure. Statements will be kept of file for at least five years. The services requested are to be used on potential water system projects funded by various state and federal loan / grant programs. The Annual Statements of Qualifications and Performance Date shall be received no later than November 20, 2023, by 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Statements received after the stated deadline will not be considered. Community Water System reserves the right to reject Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data and to waive any or all formalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Community Water System.
