Sealed bids will be received by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission at the Little Rock Complex, 2 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205 until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 14, 2023 and then publicly opened and read for the furnishing of all work required for the Gene Rush WMA Equipment Shed at 2 NC 4267, Mount Judea, Newton County, Arkansas 72655 {35.97398 N, 92.98308 W} all in strict accordance with plans, specifications and contract drawings.
There will a mandatory onsite job site pre-bid meeting at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, November 30, 2023 at the project site at Gene Rush WMA Equipment Shed, 2 NC 4267, Mount Judea, Newton County, Arkansas 72655 {35.97398 N, 92.98308 W}. All prospective bidders are required to attend the meeting.
