REQUEST FOR STATEMENT
OF QUALIFICATIONS (2023),
ENGINEERING SERVICES
Tumbling Shoals Water Authority has been awarded ARPA funds and is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional services related to one or all the following categories:
1. Master Planning
2. Auto-Read Meters
3. Hydraulic Modeling
4. Tank Rehabilitation
Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received until 3:00 PM local time on February 10, 2023 at Tumbling Shoals Water Authority , P.O. Box 73, Tumbling Shoals, AR 72581. Only one copy of a firm’s SOQ is requested. There will be no formal opening of the SOQs. SOQs will remain on file and will be considered current unless the Association is otherwise notified by the consultant. However, any material adverse change in qualifications occurring in any calendar year requires the Consultant to supplement its SOQ already on file with Tumbling Shoals Water Authority.
Consultants may submit SOQs at any time after the deadline; however, failure to submit by the deadline may impact the firm’s opportunity to be invited to submit a project proposal. TSWA reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs not in compliance with noted procedures if it is in the best interest of the public to do so and to waive informalities in the request for qualifications.
