NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The University of Arkansas System has issued an Invitation to Submit Proposals for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Construction Services.

All bidders, including major subcontractors, must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Ark. Code Ann. § 17-25-101 et. seq.
Pursuant to Arkansas Code Ann. § 22-9-203, the UA System encourages all small, minority and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
