Request for Proposals
Beaver Water District (BWD) is soliciting proposals from qualified entities for design and construction of an approximate 5.0-MW solar generating facility to be constructed near the BWD treatment plant at 301N. Primrose Road, Lowell, Arkansas. The scope of work includes all preconstruction services, such as
permitting and regulatory approval, required for a fully operational facility. Contact Kevan Inboden at
kinboden@bwdh2o.org or (479)756-3651 to request the RFP document. Proposals are due by 4:00 P.M. on November 8, 2022. BWD encourages submission of proposals by small, minority, and women’s business enterprises. BWD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
