Little Rock Port Authority
The Little Rock Port Authority is seeking statements of qualifications and performance data from prospective consulting firms to provide engineering and support services for public projects during calendar year 2023 pursuant to State of Arkansas Procurement Laws and Rules, Subchapter 8, Procurement of Professional Services, paragraph R1:19-11-802.

Firms shall identify in their response to this Request for Qualifications the Technical Areas for which they want to be considered. During the selection process, each firm will be evaluated and ranked as to their qualifications to provide the services for each identified area of interest. Multiple firms may be selected for projects and services under each of the Technical Areas.
Interested parties may obtain a “Request for Qualifications” from mguffey@portoflittlerock.com . Responses should be submitted on or before 12:00 p.m. (CST) on November 4, 2022 at the Little Rock Port Authority offices at 10600 Industrial Harbor Drive, Little Rock, AR 72206.
NOTE: Firms shall not provide a fee schedule.
Only those firms or individuals submitting letters of interest and completed qualifications packages that best meet the needs of the Little Rock Port Authority will be considered for the requested services, regardless of past contracts with the Little Rock Port Authority.
Notice of Nondiscrimination

The Little Rock Port Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
