Bid Opening Date: 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the Drew County Historical Society, 404 South Main, Monticello, Arkansas.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: 10:30 a.m., Friday, December 9,2022 at the project site located at North Louisiana Boulevard, Jerome, Arkansas.
BID DOCUMENTS: Drawings and project specifications may be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas; 501-372-4011. Documents are available in both electronic and hard copies. Interested parties are responsible for payment for any physical or electronic sets. The payment is non-refundable. NO PARTIAL SETS WILL BE ISSUED.

Neither the Owner nor Architect assumes responsibility for errors in bidding or misinterpretations of Bid Documents resulting from use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. The documents obtained through the Architect are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur. The use of incomplete or inaccurate Bid Documents does not relieve the bidder of the obligation to perform all work related to his bid as detailed in a complete set of Bid Documents.
All bids must be received at Drew County Historical Society located at 404 South Main Street, Monticello, Arkansas, no later than 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked.
