REQUEST FOR ANNUAL STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
FOR PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEERING, LAND
SURVEYING, AND
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Rogers Water Utilities (RWU) is seeking annual Statements of Qualifications for engineering, land surveying, and architectural professional services for the period of January 1st - December 31st, 2023.
Professional services may be required for design of water distribution systems, design of wastewater collection / treatment infrastructure, electrical systems, protective coating systems, as well as planning & modeling, geotechnical evaluation, construction inspection, surveying, architectural design of buildings and facilities, and other related areas.
The Request for Qualification (RFQ) is available for download at RWU's website:

One bound copy and one electronic copy of the annual statement of qualifications shall be submitted on or before Friday, December 30th 2022 by 4:00pm local time to:

Evaluation and selection of firms for any specific project will be made in accordance with the procedures in Ark. Code. Ann §19-11-803 et. seq. Statement of Qualifications expenses shall be borne by the submitting firm.
