Notice of RFQ For Architectural Services
Johnson County has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for the replacement and installation of new energy efficient windows at the Forrester Davis Center located at 400 Oak Court, Clarksville, AR 72830.
Johnson County is interested in acquiring the services of an Architectural firm to provide services for the above referenced project. Any entity replying to this RFQ must provide printed documentation of current status and good standing with www.Sam.gov .
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
Johnson County Arkansas reserves the right to reject any and all Qualification Statements, in whole or in part, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any Qualification Statement as may be permitted by law.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. & 22-9-203, Johnson County Arkansas encourages participation of small, minority, and women’s business enterprises.

All responses are required to be registered in Sam.gov and must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. All responding firms will be notified of committee results.
