NorthBridge Housing Solutions formerly North Little Rock Housing Authority is offering Hemlock Courts Apartments in North Little Rock, Arkansas for sale. Hemlock Courts is situated on 10.42 acres with 25 one- and two-story buildings containing 110 affordable housing units and two accessory buildings. The community is located at 400 N. Palm Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
This property was developed, acquired, or assisted by the NorthBridge Housing Solutions with funds under the U.S. Housing Act of 1937. Hemlock Courts was built in 1954 and was approved by HUD in December 2022 for disposition under Section 18 of the 1937 Act.
The apartments at Hemlock Courts consist of (4) 0-bedroom, (16) 1-bedroom, (52) 2-bedrooms, (28) 3-bedrooms, and (10) 4-bedrooms configurations and range in size from 550 square feet to 1,088 square feet, with a net rentable area of 77,350 square feet. All residents will be relocated prior to entering into an agreement to convey the property.
