WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS - HIGH SERVICE PUMPS PROCUREMENT

Sealed Bids for Water Treatment Plant Improvements - High Service Pumps will be received by Benton Washington Regional Public Water Authority (BWRPWA), at its office, 15531 Woods Lodge Road, Rogers, AR 72756, until 2:00 PM Central Standard Time, February 22, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project generally consists of materials procurement of high service pumps.
Bids may be delivered by any means available except electronically (fax or email). Fax/email bids will not be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to see that their bid is in the BWRPWA by the time stated above. Those not received by that time will not be considered. A performance and payment bond written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in Arkansas, in the amount of the contract, will be required on all contracts in excess of $20,000. Bid security in the form of a cashier's check only (relative to other types of checks), drawn on a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas, or a corporate bid bond in favor of the Benton Washington Regional Public Water Authority and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required on bids exceeding $20,000 and must be submitted with the bid. For bids over $20,000, the contractor must be properly licensed for this activity prior to submitting a bid and provide proof thereof (show State contractor's license no.) with bid. BWRPWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of BWRPWA, accept the bid that is in BWRPWA's best interest.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the office of Benton Washington Regional Public Water Authority, 15531 Woods Lodge Road, Rogers, AR 72756, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; and the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The Contract Documents may also be examined at the following:

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of $100.00 for each set. Documents may be purchased online at
www.cristengineers.com . The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
