LIT Parking Office East Wall Glass Replacement
The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission is inviting responses from professional and qualified Companies to remove, repair, and install glazing panels, and associated hardware, at the Parking Office for the Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport (Airport).
A goal of two percent (2%) has been set to promote diverse business participation for this contract. The Airport encourages disadvantaged, small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises to submit a response to this solicitation.
Responses are due in the Airport Commission office at 2:00 PM (local time) Thursday, March 9, 2023.
A Pre-response Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, February 16, 2023 in the Airport Commission office. All prospective respondents are encouraged to attend in person to investigate the current window system, make field measurements and document existing conditions but a Microsoft Teams meeting option is available.
Microsoft Teams instructions and a complete IFB package will be posted on the Airports website www.clintonairport.com ; “Airport Business”; “Airport Procurement”; “Bids & Solicitations.”
