NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS
Black River Technical College is soliciting responses from interested firms to provide Architectural and related Engineering Services for the following project:
Law Enforcement Training Academy Barracks – BRTC RFQ NO. 2024-01 posted at https://blackrivertech.edu/about/invitation-to-bid
Written responses (3 hard copies and 1 digital) will be considered if received by 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2023.
All respondents will be notified of the results by email. Written responses shall include:
1. Proof of licensure in the State of Arkansas
2. Organizational chart for design team and all consultants.
3. Specific project experience (within the past five years) with similar projects (or suitable equivalents).
4. Current office size, personnel description, and workload.
5. Proof of current professional liability insurance coverage ($1,000,000 minimum required).
6. List of projects currently under contract with state agencies or educational facilities.
7. Statement of diversity in the workforce, if applicable.
8. Certificate of women-owned, minority-owned, or service-disabled veteran owned business, if applicable.
Professional services may include but not limited to: Programming, feasibility assessments, graphic presentation, site planning, civil engineering, landscape design, interior design, cost evaluation, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, and project closeout.
Candidates selected for further evaluation should be prepared to be interviewed on short notice.
