Sealed bids from suppliers are being requested for the procurement and installation of a commercial kitchen ventilation hood for the Van Buren County Senior Center in Clinton, Arkansas. Sealed bids will be received by White River Planning and Development District, Inc. P.O. Box 2396, Batesville, AR 72503 (4441 Harrison Street, Batesville, AR 72501) and read aloud at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022.
The scope of work consists of the purchase and installation of a commercial kitchen ventilation hood and related equipment. Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid Forms, Specifications, and other bid documents may be examined and obtained at White River Planning and Development District, Inc. P.O. Box 2396, Batesville, AR 72503 (4441 Harrison Street, Batesville, AR 72501); phone: 870.793.5233 or email: carson@wrpdd.org .
The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
