PROJECT: MAINTENANCE, CLEAN & PAINTING OF CITY WATER TANK & MAINTENANCE ON WATER CLEAR WELL
BIDS: BEGINS AT TIME OF PUBLICATION OF NOTICE
City of Leola, Arkansas will accept bids from qualified firms daily, from the time of publication until 4:00 p.m. December 1, 2023 at Leola City Hall, or by mail P.O. Box 155, Leola Ar. 72084 Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read on December 4 aloud and the contract awarded that week.
Copies of the Bidding specifications must be obtained at Leola Waterworks, Leola City Hall.
The Bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances and regulations.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part with or without cause and to accept the proposal that in it’s judgment will be in the best interest of The City of Leola.
