INVITATION TO BID
The Executive Director will be accepting bids for the equipment listed below. Bids will be accepted up until Monday, February 28, 2023, at 4:00 PM at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud at the NEA Landfill, 1810 Greene 890 Rd, Paragould, AR 72450. Late bids will not be considered and will remain unopened. Interested parties may obtain specifications by contacting Executive Director Joseph Pence at 870-239-5572 ext 2002, joseph.pence@nealandfill.com or Deputy Director Debbie Johnson at 870-239-5572 ext 2004, debbie.johnson@nealandfill.com . All bids must be submitted in duplicate and in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the name and address of the bidder along with the Bid Package Number as listed below. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of the bids without consent of the Executive Director or Board. NEARSWMD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the NEARSWMD.
