Invitation to Bid
Sealed Subcontractor and/or Supplier bids will be accepted by Circle M Construction Management, Inc. for the “Mulberry High School Gymnasium – Bleacher Replacement” on Tuesday December 5, 2023 @ 2:00 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Mulberry/Pleasant View Bi-County School District Administration Office located at: 424 Alma Ave., Mulberry, AR. 72947.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of the Gymnasium Seating.
Prospective bidders may obtain bid documents by contacting the office of Circle M Construction Management, Inc. (479)635-5301. Electronic copies are available at no charge. Hard copies can be provided at the bidder’s expense.
There will be a pre-bid conference held on Tuesday November 28, 2023 @ 1:00 p.m. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site located at, 203 West 5th Street, Mulberry, AR. 72947. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but we highly recommend that bidders visit the site prior to bidding.
Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents and submitted in a Sealed Envelope. Bids that meet or exceed $20,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the bid. All successful bidders whose bid meets or exceeds $20,000 will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount.
