The City of Winslow is seeking RFQ packets for Engineering Professional Services. The City of Winslow is applying for an Arkansas Community and Economic Development
Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to perform rehabilitation work on their water system. The City of Winslow is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.

All interested parties must submit their response to the RFQ package to Mayor Randy Jarnagan, 108 N. Winslow Blvd., Winslow, AR 72959 (479) 634-3903. All proposals are due no later than FRIDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2023, at 1:00 PM. Proposals may also be sent electronically to: Ann Malkie, Winslowcityhall@gmail.com , Subject Line: RFQ – Engineer.
