WATER TREATMENT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
Brinkley Water and Sewer
Department, Brinkley, Arkansas
Brinkley Water and Sewer Department is seeking qualifications in accordance with Arkansas Code §14-58-1001 from properly qualified, licensed, and experienced professionals to provide construction management at risk services to the City of Brinkley’s water treatment facility. Services will initially include pre-construction services only and may include subsequent construction phase services.
Interested firms are invited to secure RFQ packages by contacting Brad Wingfield, P.E. by email at bwingfield@pmico.com . The RFQ package includes descriptions of services required, an outline for presentation of qualifications, and the method of selection. Contacting by email is preferred so that the RFQ package can be sent electronically.
Firms desiring consideration must submit their Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) by December 12, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Four (4) printed copies and one (1) digital copy of the SOQ shall be delivered to PMI, a Terracon Company, at 3512 S. Shackleford Road, Little Rock, AR 72205. Requests and inquiries from minority and women owned enterprises (MBE/WBE) are encouraged.
