West Pulaski Fire Protection District #23 (aka West Pulaski Fire Department) of Little Rock, Arkansas, will receive sealed bids for the sale and configuration of 50 Portable Radios with accessories and programming.
Bids must be received no later than 6:59 pm on 4/13/2023. Bids will be opened at 7:00 pm at 25911 Kanis Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72223.

Portable Radio Equipment Specifications, accessories, and programming
Kenwood model VP5430 700/800 MHZ Model 2 Yellow Portable radio or equivalent with Lapel Microphone
Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery and 110v/120v Charger
Antenna and Belt Clip
Include All Programming for AWIN (Arkansas Wireless Information Network) to current meet their current specifications to include at minimum TDMA/Phase 2 operation and required licensing
Must include programming for our custom radio template for authorized channels/talk groups
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidders are required to be a manufacturer's authorized radio dealer in the state of Arkansas and authorized to program/maintain radios on the AWIN networks. Bidders must also have local references in central Arkansas. Each bid submitted must contain the specification of the radios we have specified with accessories, costs for materials and labor, and an estimation of the timeframe to deliver radios following the order of equipment. If any equivalent radio model or accessory is provided, the bidder must provide full detailed specifications of equivalencies, substitutions, and a comparison against the equipment we have specified in this request. The West Pulaski Fire Protection District #23 reserves the right to decline any and all bids based on the equipment bid, substitutions, experience of the service provider, and qualifications of the company.
