FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST
ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION
ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION SERVICES (2024-2026)
Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Transportation (Department) is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms for on-call construction engineering and inspection (CE&I) services for the years 2024 through 2026 with possible extension through 2028. The scope of work will generally consist of construction inspection, construction management for utilities and roadway improvements, and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling in accordance with Department policies and procedures.
Interested firms must furnish the following items:
1. A cover letter, no more than one (1) page, with primary contact information and the firm’s response.
2. Completed Architect-Engineer Qualifications Standard Form (SF) 330 Parts I and II https://www.ardot.gov/divisions/consultant-services/advertisements/
3. Completed Contract and Grant Disclosure Form (EO 98-04) https://www.ark.org/tss/immigrant/index.php/user/welcome
4. A current copy of the firm’s equal employment opportunity policy required per Arkansas Code Annotated (Ark. Code Ann.) §19-11-104
