RFP – Request for Proposal for
Physical Needs Assessment
The Housing Authority for the City of Arkadelphia (AHA) request competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide a Physical Needs Assessment in accordance with the PNA User Guide, and the Public Housing and Modernization Standards Handbook 7485.2. The PNA will be conducted in accordance with 24 CFR 905.300, 24 CFR Part 965.302, and local building code requirements.
Beginning March 10, 2023 the RFP will be available free of charge at the AHA office, located at 670 South 6th Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923, or online at https://www.housingarkadelphia.org/ All bids submitted must be received no later than March 28, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. CST A pre-bid meeting will be held at the AHA office on March 20, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. All vendors are highly encouraged to attend.
This RFP contains specific submission requirements, anticipated scope, as well as terms, conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a bid for this service. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished per the instruction and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked to show the address of the bidder, job number, date and time of bid opening. Questions regarding this bid must be made in writing to: Bobbi Partain at bobbi.partain@arkadelphiahousing.org .
Proposals will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of Arkadelphia at 670 S. 6th Street, Arkadelphia, Arkansas until 2:00 p.m. CST on April 6, 2023.
Proposals must be submitted in person to Dr. Nadine Jarmon at 670 S. 6th Street Arkadelphia Arkansas, 71923 by the due date and time. All question in reference to this solicitation shall be addressed via email to bobbi.partain@arkadelphiahousing.org . Single copies of the RFP package will be available at 670 S. 6th Street, Arkadelphia, Arkansas 71923 and/or obtained by visiting the AHA website at www.arkadelphiahousing.org beginning on March 10, 2023.
All responses submitted are subject to these Instructions and Supplemental Instructions to Offerors, General and Supplemental Conditions, and all other requirements contained herein, all of which are made a part of this Request for Proposals by reference.
