Request for Proposal
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville (FHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a Capital Needs Assessment at its three Public Housing properties: Hillcrest Towers, located at 1 N. School Ave., Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701; Lewis Plaza, located at 401 S. Lewis Ave., Fayetteville, AR 72701; Willow Heights, located at 10 S. Willow Ave., Fayetteville, AR 72701.

derrek@fayettevilleha.org until Tuesday, March 07, 2023, at 4:00 PM CST.
The proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to admin@fayettevilleha.org . Proposals will be accepted until Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 4:00 PM CST. Proposals may be submitted prior to this date and time, but they will not be accepted afterwards.
The FHA may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject any and all, or parts of any and all submissions; readvertise this RFP; postpone or cancel, at any time, this RFP process; or waive any irregularities in this RFP or in proposals received as a result of this RFP. Also, the criteria and process whereby submissions are evaluated, the decision as to who shall receive a contract award, or whether or not an award shall ever be made as a result of this RFP, shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the FHA in accordance with the evaluation/selection process and criteria set forth in this RFP.
