LEGAL NOTICE-REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Pine Bluff is requesting proposals for tax exempt financing under Amendment 78 for fire apparatus. Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on January 25, 2024 in Room 202, Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 East 8th Avenue, Pine Bluff, AR 71601. For information and/or a copy of the Request for Proposal contact Gina Devers at 870-730-2019 ( gdevers@cityofpinebluff-ar.gov ). The City of Pine Bluff reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or requirements when determined to be in the best interest of the City.
