Invitation to Bid
Project Name: Batting Cage and Pavilion
Owner: Hackett Public Schools
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Hackett School District for the above referenced project on Thursday October 12, 2023 @ 1:00 p.m. at the Hackett School District Administration Office located at: 102 N. Oak, Hackett, AR. 72937. The project consists of the construction of a new batting cage at the Baseball/Softball Field and an outdoor Pavilion located at the High School.
Prospective bidders may obtain bid documents by contacting the office of the Circle M Construction Management, Inc. (479)635-5301.
Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to observe accessibility prior to submitting a bid. If bidders visit the School during school hours they must check in at the District Office to make their presence known.
Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents and submitted in a Sealed Envelope. Bids that meet or exceed $20,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the bid. All successful bidders whose bid meets or exceeds $20,000 will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount.
